The Location

Our exclusive pool villa is located south of Cape Coral Parkway, next to a salt water channel in the so-called Yacht Club Area, one of the best places to live and most desirable areas of the city of Cape Coral.
Will reward you with several supermarkets, bakery, butcher, chemist, hairdresser, many restaurants and other businesses. The Cape Coral Yacht Club with tennis courts, adjacent to the Cape Coral Fishing Pier, the beach bar and the sandy beach is also within easy reach on foot is situated on a 1,000 m² plot of land, directly on a saltwater canal. The entire living and sleeping area is Fully air-conditioned.

Since we often use the house itself, is the exclusive Facilities the house is far above the usual standard of other rental villas. This affects the floors, kitchen fixtures, our Pool and garden design and of course the furniture and equipment.

Pool is also equipped with electric heating and heat pumps to help you in the summer and winter is always pleasant to bath temperatures. 
With our comfortable relaxation for sun loungers, offers the generous Pool area both relaxation and comfort. 
The new technique is based on a modern swimming pool, chlorine-free cleaning system that is not just for children and vulnerable people are very pleasant.

The spacious terrace is probably the "most important living in Florida and was with a small bistro table for 2-4 people and a complete office suite for 6 persons, eg for your breakfast right under the Florida's sun, and equipped a large American gas grill for the evening barbecue.
